It is critical that all data is processed accurately and efficiently. In addition, the data processor must verify and edit data as needed.\n\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:\n\n• Reviews and processes completed pick sheets for inventory control.\n\n• Identifies and corrects data entry errors using appropriate quality control methods.\n\n• Prepares relevant reports as needed.\n\n• Prints pick tickets for kit process.\n\n• Processes scrap and miscellaneous transactions.\n\n• Performs allocation maintenance for BOM changes, deviations, etc.\n\n• Provides general data entry support for shortage list and status 8 boats report.\n\n• ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED\n\nEXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:\n\n• Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent\n\nKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:\n\n• Working knowledge of Microsoft word and excel\n\n• Strong computer skills\n\n• Ability to enter data on computer quickly and accurately\n\n• Comfortable with office equipment including computer, phone, scanner, and copier\n\n• Strong attention to detail\n\n• Analytical thinking\n\nTRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:\n\n• N/A\n\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:\n\n• Light lifting, under 20 lbs.\n\n• Light carrying, under 20 lbs.\n\n• Moderate lifting, 21-59 lbs.\n\n• Moderate carrying, 21 – 59 lbs.\n\n• Straight pulling\n\n• Pushing\n\n• Repeated bending\n\n• Reaching over shoulders\n\n• Use of fingers\n\n• Walking\n\n• Standing\n\n• Kneeling\n\n• Repeated stretching\n\n• Specific visual requirements\n\n• Ability to distinguish basic colors\n\n• Ability to distinguish shades of color\n\n• Hearing (aid permitted)\n\nWORK ENVIRONMENT:\n\n• Outside and inside\n\n• Extreme heat\n\n• Extreme humidity\n\n• Extreme noise, intermittent\n\n• Dust\n\n• Fumes, smoke, or gasses\n\n• Solvents (degreasing agents)\n\n• Slippery or uneven walking surfaces\n\nINDEPENDENT JUDGEMENT:\n\n• Performs duties within scope of general company policies, procedures, and objectives.
