This position will check machined parts for flaws and check count of parts to ensure completeness before sending to final inspection. General Labor requires familiarity with basic hand tools, measuring equipment, and computers. Attention to detail, ability to follow oral and written instructions, and accurately and completely fill out paperwork is also required.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nSet-up, operate, and adjust manual equipment such as hand routers, pneumatic hand tools, power cutting tools, and drill press.\nAccurately account for and report work completed and scrap generated.\nHousekeeping/organization of work areas in accordance with company policy and lean initiatives.\nTakes pride in personal performance and is passionate about safety, quality, customer service, productivity, and procedural control.\nHas a high level of integrity and takes responsibility for their role within the team.\nAbility to understand and follow procedures and processes.\nSelf-motivated, self-starter who takes pride in their work.\nDetail and quality-oriented.\nWorking with multiple areas to ensure quality products.\nAn individual in this position must be able to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities listed above.
