As the backbone of our office, the administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring the productivity and success of our team. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of our office’s deal processing and application approval procedures, providing guidance to new agents and seamlessly utilizing various software tools to complete tasks.With a salary ranging from $55,000+ Annually (Base + Bonus) Key Responsibilities:Deal Management: Maintain and update the "Approved Deal Status" tracking sheet for all approved deals, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Deal Closing: Follow up on outstanding items required to close deals in a timely manner, facilitating smooth transactions.Client Communication: Answer incoming calls from agents and clients, providing assistance and information as needed.Lease Agreements: Create lease agreements and send them for e-signature using platforms such as Docusign.Listing Management: Maintain a digital database of apartment listing materials, including pictures and descriptions.Guarantor Policies: Assist agents in registering clients for third-party guarantor policies using platforms like Rhino, The Guarantors, and Insurent.Marketing Support: Create and edit promotional materials for sale and rental listings.Tech Savvy: Utilize various software tools such as Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, Google Workspace, and e-sign platforms effectively and creatively.Secondary Responsibilities:Meeting Management: Schedule and synthesize key points from all team meetings, ensuring effective communication.Social Gatherings: Plan and organize social gatherings to foster team cohesion.Marketing Ads: Post and create marketing ads for listings on various websites.Workflow Management: Establish and maintain a workflow for agents, assisting them in closing all apartments and applications efficiently.Requirements:Strong organizational and communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, Google Workspace, and e-sign platforms.Experience in real estate or property management preferred.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.Excellent attention to detail.Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new software tools.If you are a motivated individual with a passion for real estate and administrative excellence, we encourage you to apply.
