Fully In-Person RoleThe Human Resources & Operations Administrator plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of both HR and operational activities within the organization. This position is responsible for managing employee records, supporting recruitment and onboarding processes, and facilitating compliance with labor laws and company policies. Additionally, the role involves coordinating day-to-day operational tasks such as vendor management, office administration and project management. This role acts as a liaison between employees and management, fostering a positive workplace culture. Ultimately, this role contributes to the overall organizational effectiveness by integrating human resources functions with operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources:Coordinate interview scheduling candidate communications, and internship recruitment logisticsSupport distribution and organization of resumes and applicant materials for department reviewMaintain recruiting trackers and staffing documentsOperations:Support cross-department coordination and internal communicationAssist with operational setup and logistics for First Team and W League needsProvide operational support to departments during peak workload periodsServe as a resource for staff with operational questions and support needAdministration:Coordinate schedules, meetings, and organizational calendarsSupport planning and execution of all-staff meetings and internal organizational initiativesAssist with cross department project coordination and follow-throughDevelop and maintain reports, trackers, and documentation to support organizational efficiencyMaintain organizational charts, employee records, intern trackingServe as a primary contact for office vendors and service providersManage office supplies and purchasing needsSupport organization and maintenance of office systems and administrative processesExperience5 plus years of experience in HR business operations and Executive administration.Experience in sports, entertainment, hospitality, or other fast-paced environments preferredExperience with project management and ability to work independentlySkills & CompetenciesStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environmentProfessionalism and discretion in handling sensitive informationProficiency in Microsoft OfficePersonal AttributesPositive and team-oriented mindsetProactive and solution-focused approachStrong follow-through and accountabilityAdaptability in a fast-paced environment
