We are seeking Entry-Level Industrial Technicians to join our team and support silo/bin cleaning and material transfer operations across the agriculture, railroad, and grain processing industries .Key Responsibilities:Perform silo/bin cleaning from side or top entry using vac systems and specialized tools.Assist in material transfers using industrial vacuum systems.Scrape, clean, and move materials in confined spaces.Operate hand/power tools , pressure washers, and small equipment.Follow safety protocols and confined space entry procedures.Report job findings to supervisors and work independently or as part of a crew.Maintain and properly use PPE and company equipment.May occasionally respond to hazardous material incidents or emergency cleanups.Work Environment & Conditions: Outdoor, all-weather environmentsConfined space entry, sometimes at heights or undergroundUse of full PPE including respirators, hard hats, safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, and steel-toed bootsRegular physical labor in challenging terrains and conditionsRequirementsQualifications: High school diploma or equivalent requiredValid driver's license (CDL Class B preferred)Experience in construction, farming, landscaping , or similar outdoor labor a plusComfortable working in physically demanding, dirty, and confined environmentsAble to travel frequently and work in all weather conditionsSkills & Abilities: Strong work ethic and team mentalityAbility to lift heavy equipment , climb, kneel, and work in confined spacesBasic mechanical knowledge; can use tools such as grinders, jacks, chains, pulleysMust comply with OSHA 1910.120 HAZWOPER training (provided by company if needed)Salary Description$20.00-$22.00 / Hour
