PV Performance Engineer

Description We are seeking a Performance Engineer to support the optimization and performance analysis of utility-scale solar assets. This role will focus on improving solar plant performance through data analytics, system monitoring, troubleshooting, and operational insights across a large solar portfolio.Responsibilities include:Analyze solar system performance using DAS and SCADA platformsPerform data extraction, reporting, and performance evaluationsSupport troubleshooting of solar hardware and operational issuesCoordinate site onboarding and assist with system performance modellingWork closely with operations and engineering teams to improve asset efficiencyRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Solar Energy Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field3+ years of experience in solar performance engineering, analytics, or optimizationExperience with DAS platforms, SCADA systems, and solar performance analysisStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills within solar operations
