Earnings potential in this role is $80,000-100,000 annually. Role Overview: Speech-Language Pathologist – Clinical Lead The Clinical Lead (CL) provides thorough diagnostic evaluations for children referred with potential speech, language, hearing, or swallowing disorders. With physician approval, the CL implements individualized treatment plans to help each child reach their highest level of communication and independence. Beyond direct patient care, the CL supports the planning, organization, supervision, and delivery of speech services, and collaborates with occupational and physical therapy teams. Clinical Leads typically have 10–25% of their weekly schedule reserved for leadership duties, depending on clinic size, staffing, and specific responsibilities.
