Ideal candidates will require minimal supervision and have a proven track record of managing construction tasks independently.\nScope of Work:\nPerform high-quality work with a primary focus on framing and roofing, as well as siding.\nManage general labor tasks, demolition, site cleanup, and debris removal.\nEnsure all project tasks are completed according to Michigan building codes.\nContractor Requirements:\nLocation & Travel: The majority of our projects are located in Manistee County. You must be able to commute to and work in the Manistee County, MI area each day.\nExperience: Extensive, hands-on experience in framing, roofing, and siding.\nEquipment: You must provide your own professional tools, equipment, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
