We're looking for a Technical Associate to join our team and operate state-of-the-art equipment. As a Technical Associate, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining production equipment, minimizing equipment downtime and waste levels, and ensuring accurate functioning of equipment.\nSign- On Bonus $1,500!\n*for qualified applicants\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nOperate, optimize, and maintain assigned production equipment\nMeet and exceed production standards while maintaining product quality\nMinimize and prevent equipment downtime and sustain budgeted waste levels\nMaintain accurate equipment logs and record downtime and maintenance problems\nPerform preventative maintenance on equipment\nStart up equipment and ensure accurate functioning\nMonitor component inventories and safety guards\nMaintain a neat and orderly production environment\nMonitor in-process quality and address issues as needed\nPerform required Q.C. checks and process challenges\nFollow safety and environmental procedures and Quality System Requirements\nSupport upstream and downstream operations\nPerform rework as required\nWork optimally in a team environment\nPerform other duties as assigned by Supervisor\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nH.S.
