The Tool Crib Coordinator ensures that all necessary tools are available, properly maintained, and issued efficiently to support operations. This includes monitoring the nitrogen and helium gas supply, liquid nitrogen supply, and the quantity and state of liquid nitrogen dewars. The coordinator also schedules and coordinates offsite environmental testing for production and qualification testing.\nKey Responsibilities\nMaintain accurate inventory of tools, equipment, and consumables\nIssue and receive tools and equipment to/from employees\nPerform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies\nInspect tools for damage, wear, or required calibration\nCoordinate repairs, replacements, and preventative maintenance of tools\nEnsure proper storage, organization, and cleanliness of the tool crib area\nEnforce company policies regarding tool usage, safety, and accountability\nSchedule and coordinate gas and liquid nitrogen deliveries.\nMaintain dewar cycle count and arrange dewar deliveries/returns.\nRequest equipment and testing quotes.\nCoordinate offsite environmental testing (vibration, shock, etc.).\nPlace purchase orders for tool crib equipment, clean room supplies, and offsite testing.\nCoordinate boom room testing.\nPerforms other duties as assigned\nEducation, Skills and Requirements\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\n2+ years’ experience in industrial environment.\nFamiliar with lab instruments, gauges, and test equipment.\nDetail oriented, with strong organizational skills.\nProficient with Microsoft Excel.\nExperience entering data into ERP system or other industrial database.\nProficient written communication skills\nDesired Skills\nKnowledge of tool calibration processes\nLean manufacturing or 5S experience\nFamiliarity with FOD control and tool accountability programs\nPhysical Requirements\nLifting up to 25lbs regularly and 70lbs occasionally, pushing, pulling, standing for long periods of time, manual dexterity, visual acuity, and typing.\nAll candidates must meet the US persons criteria.\nPlease note: The salary range is based on our market pay structure.
