Job Title: Rigging Helper Location: Stafford County School System, VA Duration: 4.5 Months Start Date: 09/01/2026 Job Description: General laborer supporting our rigging crew performing corrective repairs to overhead stage rigging at nine (9) Stafford County public schools Duties: material handling and staging, lift/ladder setup assistance, ground-level rope and cable handling, passing tools and hardware, Installing rigging hardware (supervised) and site cleanup, all under direct supervision of our lead rigger. No unsupervised work at height. Worker must be comfortable at heights and working on ladders between 12'-16'. Worker must be able to pass a background check for occupied K-12 school facilities. Required PPE: FULL Required Tools: No tools required - all tools, rigging equipment, and lifts provided by us.
