Universal Concrete Products is seeking a CNC Programmer/Operator to program, set up, and operate CNC equipment used to manufacture components essential to our architectural precast concrete production process. If you enjoy problem-solving, precision manufacturing, and working with advanced equipment, we'd like to hear from you.\nWhat You'll Do\n· Program, set up, and operate CNC equipment to manufacture production components used in architectural precast concrete production.\n· Read and interpret blueprints, production drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate machining.\n· Verify machine setup, tooling, and material dimensions prior to production.\n· Inspect completed components to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with production specifications.\n· Perform routine machine maintenance, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting to maintain efficient operation.\n· Monitor inventory levels and coordinate the ordering of tooling, materials, and production supplies.\n· Work closely with Engineering, Production, and Supervisors to support production schedules and project deadlines.\n· Assist the Carpentry and Set-Up departments during periods of reduced CNC workload.\n·\nWhat We're Looking For\n· Experience programming, setting up, and operating CNC equipment.\n· Ability to read and interpret blueprints, production drawings, and technical specifications.\n· Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.\n· Attention to detail with a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.\n· Ability to troubleshoot basic machine, tooling, and programming issues.\n· Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment.\n· Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.\n· Dependable attendance, strong work ethic, and commitment to workplace safety.\n·\nWhy Join Universal Concrete Products?\nAt Universal Concrete Products, we take pride in manufacturing high-quality architectural precast concrete products that help build schools, hospitals, parking structures, commercial buildings, and other projects throughout the region.\nWe believe our employees are the foundation of our success.
