With your broad strategic expertise, you will plan, develop and implement highly effective sales, marketing and operational strategies, solutions and initiatives to drive market share and sell-through for our clients.YOU ARE: An Infrastructure Systems Engineer, who will be a primary operational owner of our infrastructure systems — handling day-to-day support, incident response, change execution, and maintenance across the platform stack. Operational excellence is the foundation of this role, not a secondary responsibility. From that foundation, you'll also contribute to the automation, tooling, and architectural work that gradually shifts the team toward a less reactive future.Your Day-to-dayDesign, operate, and support AWS-based infrastructure across a multi-account environment, with a focus on reliability, scalability, and operational claritySupport and evolve our EKS/Kubernetes platform — clusters, underlying AWS infrastructure, networking integrations, and shared platform componentsContribute to and maintain Terraform-based Infrastructure as Code, including shared modules and production repositoriesWork across DNS, DHCP, routing, load balancing, and WAF technologies (Imperva primary; broad understanding of AWS ALB/NLB) to support application traffic and secure access patternsParticipate in Active Directory architecture, administration, and integration with cloud and platform servicesShare ownership of SSL/TLS certificate lifecycle management — a core responsibility of the Infrastructure Operations groupBuild automation and tooling in Bash, PowerShell, or similar to streamline provisioning, configuration, and operational workflowsLeverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate troubleshooting, draft and improve runbooks, and reduce repetitive operational overhead — with a practical focus on where AI adds real value in day-to-day infrastructure workCollaborate with application, security, and network teams using GitOps-style workflows (GitHub, CI pipelines, change review)Participate in a rotational on-call schedule and CAB reviews for significant infrastructure changesDrive new architecture, expansion, and modernization efforts alongside ownership of existing systemsYou'll BringHands-on experience with core infrastructure: DNS, DHCP, routing, load balancing, and Linux/Windows operating systems and servicesStrong working knowledge of AWS, including multi-account environmentsPractical experience with Terraform and IaC principles, including contributing to shared repositoriesExperience supporting Kubernetes/EKS or comparable container platformsComfort using AI tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar) to accelerate infrastructure work — writing scripts, diagnosing issues, or exploring unfamiliar systemsFamiliarity with WAF and traffic management concepts (Imperva a strong plus)Experience designing, administering, and integrating Active Directory environmentsScripting fluency in Bash, PowerShell, or similar — building one-off tooling, bootstrap automation, and deployment workflowsComfort operating in production with shared ownership, change management, and on-call responsibilityAbility to collaborate effectively across platform, network, security, and application teamsAI‑enabled tools are already part of how work gets done across our organization, and their use will continue to expand over time.
