Temporary CNC Machine Operator Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Temporary CNC Machine Operator to join their team. As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be part of the production team supporting operational excellence. Job Title: Temporary CNC Machine Operator Location: Alexandria, MN Pay Range: $20+/hour Shift: M-F, 2:30 PM - 10:30PM What's the Job? Load and unload parts into CNC machines while ensuring finished parts meet specifications. Perform quality inspections using precision measurement devices to maintain high-quality standards. Operate CNC machines safely and responsibly, following all company policies. Assist with setup preparations and machine maintenance as needed. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient completion of customer orders. What's Needed? 2+ years of CNC Machining experience Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). High school diploma or GED required. Ability to recognize safety concerns and promote a safe work environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Basic math skills and the ability to multitask.
