The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products and processes meet established quality standards through inspections, testing, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role is suitable for candidates with 1–5 years of experience who are eager to contribute to product excellence and operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform quality inspections and testing of incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods.Develop, review, and maintain quality control plans, inspection procedures, and test methods.Identify, document, and investigate product or process non-conformances.Conduct root cause analysis using quality tools such as 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram, Pareto Analysis, and FMEA.Collaborate with production, engineering, and supplier teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).Monitor quality metrics and prepare regular reports on defects, process capability, and quality performance.Ensure compliance with customer specifications, company standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.1–5 years of experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or Manufacturing Quality.Understanding of quality management systems such as ISO 9001 (knowledge of IATF 16949, AS9100, or ISO 13485 is a plus, depending on the industry).Familiarity with inspection tools and measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, CMM, gauges, and testing instruments.Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC), control plans, and sampling techniques.Preferred QualificationsCertification such as Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Six Sigma Green Belt, or Lean Manufacturing is a plus.Experience with ERP or Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).Knowledge of quality tools including PPAP, APQP, MSA, SPC, and FMEA.Experience working in manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, electronics, medical devices, or industrial products.Key CompetenciesAttention to detailCritical thinking and analytical skillsProcess improvement mindsetSuccess MetricsReduction in product defects and customer complaints.Timely closure of corrective and preventive actions.Compliance with quality standards and audit requirements.Improved process capability and first-pass yield.Accurate and timely quality reporting.Reporting ToQuality Manager / Quality Assurance Manager / Manufacturing ManagerReady to Take the Next Step?
