The Estimator accurately assesses the damage of vehicles and documents needed repairs and parts replacement on the damage appraisal. The Estimator plays a pivotal role in the success of the customer's experience by ensuring they are working in alignment with all team members in achieving the repair facility's KPIs.\r\nKey Job Responsibilities\r\nEnsure every customer interaction is documented, updated efficiently and accurately with pertinent details\r\nProvide Customer with accurate and timely information, guiding them through the repair process and ensuring that they receive excellent customer service\r\nEnsure compliance with all insurance client requirements, processes and metrics\r\nEnsure compliance with all WOW Operating Ways regarding customer drop-offs, repair planning, customer communication, and delivery\r\nCommunicate all customer requests and needs to appropriate team members\r\nProvides positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone\r\nUnderstanding of all required Insurance programs and procedures\r\nParticipate in daily \"production walks\" with the Management Team, as required\r\nSupport all team members when required\r\nParticipate in monthly Health & Safety and staff meeting (if required)\r\nAttend training, information sessions and workshops recommended by Store Manager\r\nMinimum Education and/or Experience Required for the Job\r\nKnowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines\r\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent\r\nAwareness of where to look for answers\r\nBasic Computer Skills\r\nCompliance for DRP's Minimum of 1-year experience\r\nRequired Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities\r\nAwareness of where to look for answers\r\nBasic Computer Skills\r\nCompliance for DRP's Minimum of 1-year experience\r\nMust be willing to complete I-CAR Training\r\nValid Driver's License\r\nPlease note, this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
