Makes decisions to either accept or reject completed installations.\nSpecifies deficient items which require additional work in order to comply with specifications and contract provisions.\nDevelops and delivers performance and activity reports to management.\nDocuments changes made to systems or equipment through appropriate communications and record keeping practices.\nDocuments work into logs, files, system prints and other records and through communications, both oral and written, with other team members and supervisors.\nConducts field engineering, surveying and construction layout staking for projects as needed.\nRequired:\n\nIndustrial maintenance experience or construction project management\n3+ years of experience in construction trades, industrial maintenance, or construction project management, including some experience monitoring contract labor and projects to ensure compliance with contract specifications, building codes and safety regulations.\nA degree in construction, industrial maintenance, project management, or relevant field may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience.\nDriver's license\nKnowledge of construction standards\nKnowledge of project management methods and concepts\nKnowledge of budgeting and cost management\nKnowledge in the assembly and installation of electrical and mechanical equipment, high voltage preferred\nKnowledge of electrical circuit theory.
