Customer Service Associate (cashier)

Job Description: Customer Service Associate (Cashier) in Retail Convenience Store We are currently seeking a customer service associate to join our team at our retail convenience store. As a customer service associate, you will be the face of our store and will be responsible for ensuring that every customer has a positive experience. Responsibilities: Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them in finding the products they need Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently Maintain a clean and organized store environment Monitor inventory levels and restock merchandise as needed Answer customer inquiries and provide information about our products and services Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner Promote store loyalty programs and other promotions to customers Follow all store policies and procedures, including those related to safety and security Requirements: Previous experience in customer service is preferred, but not required Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers in a courteous and professional manner Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash and operate a cash register Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed High school diploma or equivalent We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
