Come join our growing team!\n\nWe are seeking a Lead Material Handler who will be responsible for the movement, storage, and documentation of materials, parts, and finished goods within a warehouse/production facility. This role performs the same core duties as a Material Handler while providing day-to-day leadership, guidance, and support to the Material Handling team.\n\nShift: Monday – Friday, 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM\n\nKey Responsibilities\nPerform all Material Handler duties, including receiving, inspecting, labeling, storing, pulling, staging, and delivering materials.\nAccurately prepare customer orders for shipment and load/unload trucks, trailers, and containers.\nOperate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.\nMaintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records.\nPerform physical inventory and cycle counts.\nReport material discrepancies, damage, shortages, and other issues.\nProvide day-to-day direction, guidance, and support to Material Handlers.\nHelp coordinate daily workloads and ensure production and shipping needs are met.\nTrain and assist team members with proper procedures, safety practices, and equipment operation.\nServe as a resource for the team and communicate issues or concerns to supervision.\nPromote a safe, clean, organized, and productive work environment.\nEnsure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.\nAssist with other duties and cross-functional tasks as needed.\nQualifications\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.\nMinimum of 1 year of warehouse or material handling experience; lead experience preferred.\nForklift experience required.\nAbility to lift 50+ lbs. repeatedly and carry items for extended periods.\nStrong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.\nAbility to provide direction and work effectively with a team.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.\nMust be able to work overtime as needed.\nMechanical aptitude is a plus.\n\nBrandSafway offers a competitive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance along with a generous 401k plan.\n\nAbout Us:\nBrandSafway is a leading global provider of access, specialized services, and forming and shoring solutions to the industrial, commercial and infrastructure markets.
