Restaurant Team Members at Crimson Coward will wear many hats while working hard and having fun as a critical part of the Restaurant Team. We are hiring immediately for Restaurant Team Members to work all shifts: opening shifts, closing shifts and everything in between. Whether you have or not as as a guest service associate, cashier/expeditor, kitchen lead, fryer, food preparer, or NY other Restaurant or service oriented role- we have a position for you. Thanksgiving, Christmas Employee meal discounts Tipping Crew incentives Responsibilities: Greet guests with a smile, receive orders, process payments and responds appropriately to guest. Operates point of sales device as needed and uses value added suggestive selling techniques to generate additional sales opportunities Verifies the accuracy of the guests orders Prepares and packages food and drink products Cleans kitchen area, counters, food preparation area and utensils Cleans dining room, washrooms and windows Maintains health and safety standards in Restaurant Unloads and sticks inventory items as needed using first in first out method of control Performs duties at multiple workstations i.e., cash area, expeditor, food prep and fryer station, etc Expectations: Prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts Follows brand uniform and grooming standards and policies Works to resolve issues that may arise in the Restaurant Learns team effectiveness skills; works with others to achieve team goals Responds to guest needs in a professional and polite manner Communicates in a positive manner with guest, peers and managers Minimum Qualifications Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age. Able to provide all paperwork necessary to be able to be added to payroll. I.e., social security number, work permits, completed W4 forms, etc. Comfortable working in a fast paced environment Ability to interact productively with co-workers and function well in a team environment Ability to resolve guest concerns with tact.
