The ideal candidate will be trained how to use of document management systems such as Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) and be responsible for document coordination efforts and effective technical writing in the creation of documented procedures.ResponsibilitiesSupport document control activities across projects in line with Worley systems, processes, and proceduresAssist in maintaining and organizing project documentation within the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS)Learn and apply document control processes, including receiving, logging, filing, and transmitting project documentsEnsure documents are accurately recorded, properly formatted, and contain required approvalsHelp upload and manage documents in systems such as EDMS and SharePointSupport project teams by ensuring documentation is up to date and easily accessibleAssist with document quality checks and routine audits to maintain data accuracy and completenessMaintain document registers and track document status updatesProvide support for document handover, closeout, and archiving activitiesAssist with preparing and distributing basic status reports as requiredCoordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders (clients, vendors, contractors) to manage document flowSupport the team in improving document control processes and workflowsParticipate in team meetings and gain exposure to project coordination activitiesAssist with general administrative tasks related to document controlQualifications - InternalWhat you will bringTechnical / Industry Exposure And RequirementsBasic understanding or exposure to Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS)Familiarity with client EDMS platforms such as Procore is an advantage, but not requiredExposure to supplier or vendor documentation processes is beneficialAwareness of metadata concepts and document classificationStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsBasic understanding of document control processes within project environmentsInterest in learning about engineering documentation and approval workflowsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); exposure to SharePoint or other document management systems is a plusAwareness of records management principlesAbility to work effectively in a team-oriented, multi-disciplinary, and multicultural environmentAdditional InformationThis is an on-site position and is not eligible for Hybrid or remote.RequiredEducation – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:High School DiplomaPreferred3 plus years of experience in the oil & gas industry as a Document ControllerMoving forward togetherWe want our people to be energized and empowered to drive sustainable impact.
