Working closely with the Director and Associate Director, the Program Manager supports the successful implementation of the Center’s programs and initiatives, develops and improves operational processes, and coordinates collaboration among faculty, staff, students, industry partners, and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities include tracking program goals, timelines, milestones, and reporting requirements; coordinating education, internship, outreach, partnership, and special initiatives; supporting advisory board and external stakeholder activities; coordinating program data, evaluations, and reporting; maintaining program records and website content; and planning and coordinating meetings, workshops, seminars, outreach activities, and special events.
