To learn how we can supercharge progress for you, visit https://www.hcltech.com/.\nHCLTech is looking to hire Sr. Electrical/ Electronic Engineer with experience in High-Speed electrical design for our ongoing project engagements.\nThis position requires the selected candidates to work from Webster NY with no provision for remote/ hybrid working options.\nJob Description:\nKey Skills and Competencies required:\nExperience in areas of PCB design, Integration and Product development, Firmware development a plus, Design and test to meet EMC standards.\nAbility to apply basic problem solving to complex problems.\nAbility to learn new lab instrumentation and document its operation.\nParticipate/ lead the planning and execution of lab experimentation.\nPerform statistical analysis of lab data and demonstrate correlation with theoretical calculations.\nMust be a team player, be responsive, have initiative, have strong communication skills and good MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint skills.\nGood understanding of circuitry/electronics, Microprocessors, ARM microcontrollers and FPGA’s, DDR memory systems, Ethernet, USB.\nFamiliarity with board simulation tools, Hyperlynx (SI & PI).\nSpice simulation / modelling skills a plus.\nResponsibilities:\nResponsible for the design, development, measurement, etc., of electrical assemblies.\nDesign electronic circuits for printing systems ranging from simple to complex.\nWork with engineering staff to develop and validate critical parameters and specifications for digital printing systems.\nAssist in the development of electronic test methods and fixturing for critical parameter optimization and validation.\nEstablish electronic drawing specifications and negotiate performance and manufacturability with vendors.\nThe candidate will be working with a H/W engineering team to design, develop and debug microprocessor based high speed board designs, Do Power and IO, Timing Analysis.
