expectations, supporting vulnerability remediation and secure SDLC adoption across teams. \rDevelop clear change management approaches, technical guidance, and adoption plans to reduce cross‑team friction and cognitive load. \rContinuously assess engineering practices and tooling to promote pragmatic improvements in developer productivity and operational efficiency. \rRequirements: \rBachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience \rAt least 8 years of professional software engineering experience, including technical leadership across multiple teams \rProven ability to enable delivery of scalable, enterprise-grade software in distributed or cloud-hosted environments \rStrong hands-on experience with backend and frontend technologies such as C#/.NET, RESTful APIs, and modern frontend frameworks \rExperience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or similar systems \rPractical experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure \rStrong communication skills with the ability to influence and align stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams \rExperience supporting production systems, including incident triage, root cause analysis, and cross-team coordination \rAbility to work remotely within the United States with availability aligned to
