Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily logistics, personnel, and field execution at our Washington, DC facility.This is a full-time, in-person position. Our operations are hands-on and client-facing, requiring strong leadership, clear communication, and real-time decision-making.
