This role plays a critical part in supporting customer relationships, coordinating order fulfillment, and ensuring smooth operational execution.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Operations & Customer SupportReceive and process customer purchase orders within the ERP systemCoordinate order fulfillment and confirmations with internal operations teamsCommunicate logistics and shipment details to customersManage import/export documentation and processesGenerate and deliver customer invoicesReceive and process RMA requestsOpen and manage RMA cases within the CRM systemCoordinate communications and logistics between customers and service teamsSupport selected CRM administration activitiesSales & Marketing SupportAssist with lead generation and qualificationSupport customer issue resolution and general customer communicationsHandle incoming phone calls and emailsWelcome office visitors and coordinate inbound/outbound shipmentsProcess customer remittancesAssist with inventory management activitiesSupport preparation of marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, datasheets, and website updatesSupport trade shows, exhibitions, and marketing eventsAssist with office administration including invoices and supplies managementQualifications3–5 years of experience in import/export logistics or sales operationsFamiliarity with ERP systems, preferably Infor LN or BaanExperience with CRM platforms, preferably SalesforceStrong Microsoft Office skillsCustomer-focused mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesSelf-motivated, proactive, and team-oriented approachFluent English communication skills, both written and verbalAdditional language skills are considered an assetBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalentExperience in international business and/or scientific or high-technology industries is preferredWhy Join DT?DT offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity within a growing international high-technology company.
