This position is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to follow the general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.\nKey Responsibilities:\nInterconnection and Distribution specialist - Supports DOD Energy Programs by providing in-depth technical expertise/understanding of medium voltage electric distribution and transmission systems and all supporting infrastructure required to reliably operate and interconnect renewable energy generation systems in a microgrid mode. Must have current knowledge of small generation and distribution assets and resiliency load requirements for mission essential facilities.\nThe successful candidate will support electrical design and resiliency assessments.
