Whether it’s better utilizing your current warehouse space, overhauling your order picking system or creating a rack-supported storage facility from the ground up, we pride ourselves in our ability to create customer-specific storage solutions that fit your budget and your unique needs.\n\nPOSITION SUMMARY\nPosition: Maintenance Technician - 2nd Shift\nReports to: Maintenance Manager\nLocation: Easley, SC\n\nAREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES\nAs a Maintenance Technician, your primary responsibility will be maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting industrial equipment and machinery within the facility. The ideal candidate will ensure safe and efficient operations in our continuous production facilities.\n\nSKILLS AND ABILITIES\nPerform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on roll forming mills, punch presses, coil handling equipment, milling machines, wire EDM machines, robot cells (ABB), press brakes, and hydraulic & pneumatic systems.\nDiagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues on equipment using diagnostic tools.\nExecute preventive maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability and lifespan; follow scheduled routines and document tasks.\nAssist with setup, calibration, and adjustment of machinery to meet production specifications and safety standards.\nAdhere to safety regulations and best practices; report and address safety hazards or non-compliance issues promptly.\nMaintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance; prepare and update logs and reports.\nWork closely with production staff to address equipment performance issues and provide technical support.\nCollaborate with maintenance team members to share knowledge and enhance overall maintenance practices.\nParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting and implementing process improvements and new maintenance techniques.\nEDUCATION AND/OR TRAINING\nHigh school diploma or GED required or equivalent combination of industrial experience and education.\nTechnical training in an accredited technical school or equivalent, with certification in one or more of the following industrial math, industrial electrical, or instrumentation strongly preferred.\nKnowledge or experience with medium-voltage\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills\nFamiliarity with safety standards and practices in a manufacturing environment.\nExcellent communication and teamwork skills.\nKnowledge in the installation, maintenance, and repairs of common mechanical systems found in an industrial manufacturing facility that requires instrumentation.\nAbility to read and understand labels, blueprints, schematics, job site maps/directions, instruction manuals, and/or written instructions accurately.\nWORK ENVIRONMENT\nRegularly works around moving mechanical parts and in outside conditions that include inclement weather, heat, and humidity. Noise level may be loud at times.\n\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS\nMust be able to move objects and use abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue. Constant movement and use of limbs; this position requires good manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina.
