Regular activities include receiving, storing, maintaining inventory of finished products that enable achievement of customer delivery requirements.\nShift: Monday - Friday 10am-6pm\nResponsibilities\nReceives inventory and non-inventory items in accordance with purchase order receiving report system.\nStores raw material items as to maximize warehouse efficiencies.\nPrepares finished goods for shipment.\nProperly identifies raw materials for storage.\nOperates forklift, company truck, and all other equipment in a safe and courteous manner.\nAssists in disposal of trash.\nAssists in preparation of finished products for shipment.\nPrevents defects and possible defects in workmanship.\nAssists in relabel, repackage, and reprocess procedures.\nAssures warehouse is maintained in a clean and organized manner.\nDelivers production materials to and from various locations to insure maximum operator uptime.\nDelivers non-inventory items to appropriate areas.\nPrepare records required to maintain inventory accuracy.\nOther duties as assigned.\nPhysical Demands\nThe person in this position will frequently move about inside and outside the building to access other offices, meeting rooms, warehouse and manufacturing areas. The person in this position frequently communicates with vendors, and co-workers. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.\nWork Environment\nGenerally works in a warehouse environment but may occasionally be required to perform job duties in a typical office setting.
