This role is responsible for analyzing, enhancing, and modernizing business-critical systems that support producer management and related enterprise functions.\r\nThis individual will work closely with an established application development team and cross-functional stakeholders, including legal and compliance partners, to support ongoing platform improvements and modernization efforts. The ideal candidate is a self-driven engineer who can independently own technical deliverables and operate effectively with minimal direction.\r\nAnalyze and support C#/.NET applications and APIs, gaining a strong understanding of system architecture and functionality\r\nExecute on modernization efforts, including upgrades, enhancements, and refactoring of legacy systems\r\nEvaluate and support system integrations across producer management and enterprise platforms\r\nBuild proof-of-concepts (POCs) to validate technical approaches and modernization strategies\r\nCreate clear, concise technical documentation (system analysis, recommendations, future-state designs)\r\nPartner with engineering, legal, and compliance teams to implement updates and ensure system alignment\r\nOwn and deliver on assigned projects independently, from analysis through execution, with minimal direction\r\nProvide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement across applications\r\nWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
