Essential Job Functions: Safely transport and install machinery of various sizes Perform rigging operations on stamping presses, weld cells, assembly cells, fixtures, and mezzanines Operate gantries, overhead cranes, mobile cranes, and forklifts Lead and coordinate crews on small and large-scale projects Maintain clear communication with customers, project managers, and estimators regarding job progress Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures Train apprentices and team members on rigging techniques and equipment operation Preferred Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial machinery installation and removal Experience operating gantries, overhead cranes, and mobile cranes Valid driver's license (CDL-A is a plus) Willingness to travel as needed What we offer: Competitive compensation 100% company paid health insurance for employee and dependents 100% company paid dental and vision for employee and dependents 401k with 3% company match Overtime after 8 hours PTO and vacation time And much more!
