Our platform is deployed across hundreds of hospitals and health systems nationwide, enabling Virtual Nursing, AI-Assisted Virtual Sitting, Digital Whiteboards and Room Signs, Patient Engagement, and Hospital at Home programs.As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Clinical Solutions Engineer to join our team in Clearwater, Florida.Position OverviewThe Clinical Solutions Engineer serves as a key member of the Sales and Clinical team, helping prospective customers understand the value of the hellocare.ai platform through demonstrations, presentations, workflow discussions, and solution design.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with healthcare technology, interacting with clinical leaders, and translating complex solutions into real-world outcomes. The position requires strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to confidently present technology to healthcare executives, nurses, physicians, and IT leaders.This is an in-office position based at our Clearwater headquarters.Responsibilities* Conduct live product demonstrations for hospitals, health systems, and healthcare organizations.* Support Regional Sales Directors throughout the sales process.* Present clinical workflows and use cases related to Virtual Nursing, Virtual Sitting, Telehealth, Patient Engagement, and Digital Whiteboards.* Assist in discovery calls to understand customer needs and requirements.* Help prepare presentations, proposals, and customer-facing materials.* Participate in customer site visits, conferences, and trade shows as needed.* Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales teams.* Stay current on healthcare trends, virtual care workflows, and industry best practices.* Support proof-of-concept deployments and pilot programs.* Provide feedback from prospects and customers to internal teams.QualificationsRequired* Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Clinical Informatics, Health Sciences, Business, or a related field.* Strong presentation and communication skills.* Comfortable speaking to groups and presenting technology solutions.* Highly organized with strong attention to detail.* Ability to learn new technologies quickly.* Ability to work full-time in our Clearwater, Florida office.* Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings and industry events.Preferred* Clinical background as an RN, LPN, CNA, EMT, or other healthcare role.* Experience in healthcare technology, SaaS, medical devices, or virtual care solutions.* Experience presenting or training healthcare professionals.* Knowledge of Epic, Cerner, or other electronic medical record systems.* Experience with telehealth, virtual nursing, patient monitoring, or healthcare operations.What We Offer* Competitive salary* Health, dental, and vision benefits* Paid time off and holidays* Professional development opportunities* Exposure to some of the largest health systems in the country* Career growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding healthcare technology companyWhy Join hellocare.ai?You’ll have the opportunity to work directly with leading healthcare organizations and help shape the future of virtual care delivery.
