The Company has experienced significant growth and demand for its services and expects to continue to grow with the organic expansion of services within the tidewater region.\nPosition Summary:\nA successful candidate for a crane operator position should have experience working with cranes on construction sites and industrial sites. Experience in maintaining and doing pre-operating checks on cranes is also a must. Crane operators should be able to interpret drawings, blueprints or designs for a project. They also must have experience working as part of a team while maintaining a safe working environment.\nKey Responsibilities:\nTechnical knowledge of how to properly use equipment needed for the job.\nExpert knowledge of the types of materials being moved, placed, loaded or unloaded.\nExcellent oral communication skills with close attention to detail.\nKnowledge of how to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, designs\nUnderstanding of how to conduct preoperational checks on equipment and how to maintain them.\nUnderstanding of all safety requirements for the job site.\nQualifications:\nNCCO certification for running both lattice boom and telescopic boom cranes required.\nMarine / Barge piledriving, crane experience preferred.\nMust be able to pass background check and drug screen.\nActive DL and clean driving record is required.\nStrong understanding of equipment maintenance and safety procedures.\nPhysical fitness and stamina to work in demanding outdoor conditions and ability to drive under pressure for extended periods.\nMust be able to bend, lift, stretch according to site requirements.\nEffective communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.\nForklift experience a plus, but not a requirement.\nExperience in handling building materials.\nMust be able to lift 50100 lbs .\nAbility to work on feet for 810 hours with repeated bending, crouching, and kneeling.\nPay: $35 - $45/Hourly (Depending on experience)\nAll offers of employment will be contingent upon satisfactory pre-employment references, background checks, including verification of employment eligibility status, criminal record search, and passing a standard drug test.\nBenefits:\n401(k)\nDental insurance\nVision Insurance\nHealth insurance\nHSA\nPaid time off Work\nDrug Free Workplace:\nRyan Infrastructure Services is committed to maintaining a drug-free workplace to ensure the safety, health, and well-being of our employees, customers, and the community.
