Our roles are thoughtfully designed to support sustainable, ethical practice.\n\nClinical & Administrative Support:\nHybrid flexibility for supervision (when appropriate) & administrative tasks.\nClinical Supervisors for case consultation and guidance.\nTransdisciplinary partners for collaboration across specialties.\nCare Coordinators for scheduling and day-to-day logistics.\nBT Managers for performance and operational support.\nBT Trainers who lead 3-week orientation and support BCAT testing.\n\nLearning & Advancement:\nInternal CEUs and virtual trainings.\nClinical Rounds and company-wide All Brains, ABA, Developmental Therapies, and Medical meetings.\nClinical ladder with progression from BCBA I–IV.\nGrowth into leadership, training, consultative, and operational roles.\n\nBenefits:\nContinuing Education Stipend: $2,000 annually.\nPTO: Up to 22 days in your first year, increasing to 26 days after 12 months.\n401(k) Match.\nHealth Coverage: Medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance.\nPet Insurance.\nPaid Parental Leave.\n\nCompensation & Productivity:\nProductivity: Between 100 and 115 billable hours per month.\nBase Salary: $81,700 and $102,200.\nBonus: $61 to $76 for each additional billable hour + up to 10% of monthly salary based on ABA direct service hours.\nFirst Year Singing Bonus: Up to $5,000.\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\nMaster’s degree in human services or a related field required.\nBCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) certification required.\nLBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) certification preferred.\n\nCortica is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
