Responsibilities will include:Researching and drafting FCC pleadings and related filings\r\nDrafting court motions, briefs and other pleadings\r\nPreparing for depositions and managing the discovery process\r\nStrategizing on how to help clients reach their regulatory and legislative goals\r\nAdvising on regulatory compliance issues\r\nAssisting with due diligence for transactions\r\nCollaboration with team members is an important component of any role at Mintz. Therefore, the firm encourages working from the office approximately 60% of the time in accordance with the firm's published guidelines.QualificationsGraduated with a JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school\r\nMust be admitted or eligible for admission in the District of Columbia\r\nExcellent written and oral communication skills\r\nProfessionalism in working and engaging with clients and colleagues\r\nAbility to prioritize, meet deadlines and balance competing responsibilities\r\nAbility to stay organized and exercise extreme attention to detail\r\nAbility to collaborate and work effectively in team settingsAbout MintzMintz is an Am Law 100 law firm with over 500 attorneys serving clients worldwide.
