The Program Manager is responsible for overall program performance, customer stability, system governance, team leadership and successful delivery against contractual and operational requirements.\nServing as the primary operational point of contact between the customer, Retronix management, Program Leads and operational teams, the Program Manager will ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with established Statements of Work (SOWs), key performance indicators (KPIs), quality requirements and service standards.\nThis position requires a visible and engaged leader who can effectively manage customer relationships, operational performance, employees, financial performance and changing priorities within a fast-paced semiconductor environment.\nMain Duties & Responsibilities\nCustomer & Program Management\nServe as the primary operational point of contact for customers, building and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships between customers, Retronix management, Program Leads, technicians and other stakeholders.\nMaintain regular on-site engagement and oversight of program operations, including daily site reviews and management of SOW scopes.\nServe as the first point of contact for customer and stakeholder escalations, ensuring issues and risks are addressed promptly, professionally and transparently.\nChair weekly and other regularly scheduled operational review meetings with customers and internal stakeholders to review program performance, operational updates, risks and outstanding actions.\nMaintain a strong understanding of customer requirements and identify opportunities for program growth while ensuring proposed changes are appropriately reviewed and approved.\nEscalate requests for additional work or services outside the agreed contractual scope to appropriate internal stakeholders, including Finance and Business Development.\nPromote customer satisfaction through responsive communication, effective issue resolution and consistent delivery against agreed expectations.\nOperational & SOW Management\nOversee implementation and ongoing management of Statements of Work, ensuring deliverables, performance metrics, service levels and scope requirements are achieved.\nMaintain effective SOW scope control and ensure operational activities remain aligned with contractual commitments.\nImplement and maintain established SOW management processes and governance requirements across assigned programs.\nMonitor program performance against customer and company KPIs, analyze trends, identify operational risks and implement corrective actions as required.\nEnsure quality standards are maintained across all program activities, including accurate documentation and compliance with established procedures.\nIdentify opportunities to improve operational processes, program performance, efficiency, and customer service delivery.\nSupport wider operational initiatives and business improvement projects as required.\nLeadership & People Management\nLead, motivate and support operational teams, promoting a culture of accountability, safety, quality, professionalism and continuous improvement.\nMaintain regular communication with Program Leads and employees to ensure priorities, expectations and performance standards are clearly understood.\nConduct regular one-to-one meetings with employees, providing coaching, performance feedback, development support and appropriate follow-up.\nManage employee performance, including annual performance reviews, performance improvement plans and employee relations matters in accordance with company policies and procedures.\nOversee personnel and workforce changes associated with the program, including scheduling, shift changes, pay amendments, headcount management and relevant employee lifecycle administration.\nManage program training requirements, including training plans, competency records, required certifications and ongoing compliance.\nEnsure appropriate staffing levels are maintained by managing actual and forecasted headcount against the approved Plan of Record (POR) and customer requirements.\nFinancial & Administrative Management\nManage the financial performance of assigned programs with a focus on billing accuracy, operational efficiency and maximizing appropriate billing opportunities within contractual requirements.\nReview and verify weekly and monthly billing reports, attendance records, timecards and other supporting documentation for accuracy.\nIdentify and resolve billing discrepancies, including missed shifts, unbilled activity, floaters and other billing exceptions.\nWork with appropriate internal teams to address financial or contractual issues and ensure program activities are accurately reflected in billing and reporting.\nSafety, Quality & Compliance\nPromote and maintain a safe working environment and reinforce compliance with customer and company safety requirements.\nProactively identify and escalate equipment maintenance, housekeeping, workplace safety and other operational concerns.\nEnsure employees comply with established procedures, quality standards, customer requirements and applicable program policies.\nMaintain accurate program records and documentation to support operational, quality, training, financial and customer requirements.\nQualifications & Experience\nRequired:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nExperience in a Program Manager, Operations Manager, Service Delivery Manager or similar operational leadership role.\nProven experience leading customer-facing operations and managing employee performance, development and accountability.\nStrong customer and stakeholder management skills, including experience resolving escalations in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills with experience managing KPIs and multiple operational priorities.\nFinancial awareness with experience reviewing billing, timekeeping or operational reports.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office.\nAbility to work independently while maintaining a hands-on, on-site leadership presence.\nValid driver's license.\nPreferred:\nExperience in semiconductor, engineering, manufacturing or a similar technical environment.\nExperience managing Statements of Work (SOWs), customer contracts, workforce planning and headcount.\nKnowledge of continuous improvement and operational improvement practices.\nExperience identifying program growth opportunities and supporting cross-functional projects.\nKey Competencies:\nStrong leadership, accountability and
