This position offers the opportunity to deepen your expertise in material handling and process systems while helping shape the future growth of Horizon Systems.Your Primary Responsibilities IncludeLead and develop the Application Engineering team to achieve departmental goalsOversee the preparation of accurate proposal packages for engineered systems and component opportunitiesCollaborate with sales, engineering, and production teams to develop effective customer solutionsReview and support concept flow drawings, stack-up drawings, and technical documentation utilizing AutoCAD and related technologiesResearch suppliers and vendors to obtain pricing and technical information for proposalsMaintain strong customer relationships throughout the proposal and sales processSupport and strengthen relationships with OEMs and external sales representativesEnsure CRM and company databases accurately reflect opportunity and proposal statusIdentify process improvements that enhance accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfactionPromote Horizon Systems' fabrication capabilities and engineered solutions to customers and partnersCore CompetenciesSkillsSuccess in this role requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership capability, business acumen, and strong communication skills.
