Candidates with operating experience and mechanical knowledge are highly preferred.\nDuties\nOperate heavy equipment including dozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators, and skid loaders to perform various construction tasks\nDrive and operate commercial vehicles such as dump trucks, water trucks, roll-off trucks, and tanker trucks for material transport\nConduct routine inspections and maintenance of equipment to ensure safety and operational efficiency\nAssist in site preparation, grading, excavation, and material movement across construction sites\nFollow safety protocols and communicate effectively with team members to maintain a secure work environment\nComplete documentation related to equipment usage and maintenance logs\nSkills\nProven experience with heavy equipment operation including dozer, loader, backhoe, excavator, and skid loaders\nMechanical knowledge related to construction machinery maintenance and troubleshooting\nConstruction site experience is highly desirable\nAbility to operate commercial vehicles such as dump trucks, water trucks, roll-off trucks, and tankers\nFamiliarity with Caterpillar equipment or similar brands is a plus\nKnowledge of farm machinery or tanker operations is advantageous\nValid commercial driver’s license (CDL) preferred\nStrong understanding of safety procedures in construction environments\nAbility to work in physically demanding conditions and adhere to project timelines\nThis position is essential for supporting our construction projects with reliable operation of heavy machinery.
