Quality Assurance Licensed Vocational Nurse

The Quality Assurance Licensed Vocational Nurse (QA LVN) supports clinical excellence and quality assurance through detailed documentation review and quality oversight. This role is key to maintaining our 5-Star Medicare rating and ensuring regulatory compliance.This is a mostly remote position — with occasional on-site training and meetings in Tyler, Texas.
