First Help Financial would love to see your application!What you will do:Your responsibilities would be, but are not limited to:Research, investigate, and resolve customer complaints and credit reporting disputes and received through multiple channels, including phone, written correspondence, and eOSCARPartner with subject matter experts across the organization to research issues, validate findings, and drive effective resolutionCommunicate with customers by phone and in writing to gather relevant information, explain findings, and provide timely status updates and resolutionsAccurately document disputes and complaints throughout the lifecycle, maintaining complete and well?organized records to support regulatory compliance and audit requirementsIdentify and escalate complex cases, emerging risks, or adverse trends to management in a timely mannerEnsure ongoing compliance with applicable federal and state laws and regulations, including FCRA, ECOA, UDAAP, Fair Lending, and other consumer protection requirements; remain current on regulatory developments and industry best practicesPerform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
