Partner with Lines of Business (LOBs) to identify high-value AI opportunities, design solutions, and build rapid POCs using the enterprise AI Platform, Generative AI, RAG, LLMs, and cloud data services.\n\nDescription\n\nPartner with LOBs to identify AI and automation opportunities and reduce manual effort.\nAnalyze business processes, gather requirements, and translate needs into AI solutions.\nDesign and build rapid AI POCs using LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and AWS services.\nPerform technical feasibility testing and validate LOB data for AI use cases.\nDevelop reusable code samples, templates, and reference implementations.\nSupport Generative AI adoption and provide technical guidance to business teams.\nCollaborate with business, data, and engineering teams to accelerate AI initiatives.\n\nRequirements\n\nExperience with Python or JavaScript and REST APIs.\nExperience with cloud data services such as AWS OpenSearch and S3.\nUnderstanding of Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and RAG.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to translate business processes into AI solutions.\nStrong communication and consulting skills with the ability to explain AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.\nBachelor’s Degree.\n\nCompany Overview:\n\nBaer provides best-in-class engagement experiences for our consultants.
