Construction Project Manager
Job TypeFull-timeDescriptionECBuild is seeking a a Construction Project Manager to join our team in Fort Worth, TX. This role is typically responsible for projects in the range of $10 to $50 million and will be responsible for the overall direction, supervision and daily operations of the project. This position will be responsible for operational priorities, schedule adherence, coordination, communications between all parties and the overall financial performance of the project.Job DutiesDevelop and maintain working relationships with Clients, Consultants, Subcontractors and other agencies of the project teamMaintain project communication hierarchy and protocol between project teamDevelop and issue bid manualsPlan and implement all procurement of materials and services for each projectCreate scope of work assignments for each subcontractor and vendorCreate contracts with vendors and suppliersManage, supervise and be responsible for all project budgets and costs and participate in project accounting updates, approvals and processesManage subcontractor/vendor payment processPrepare cost projections and cash flow reportsManage subcontractor change order process, including tracking, budgeting and issuance of change ordersManage all project team membersCreate, maintain and manage project schedulesManage project quality control/quality assurance planSchedule and attend all job meetingsManage Project closeout and Subcontractor closeout proceduresOversee Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers and assist in Submittal review and RFI issuance, when requiredOversee Submittal process to assure timeliness and adherence to the project scheduleTrack material deliveries to assure adherence to the project schedulePerform other related duties as assignedRequirementsMinimum of 5-10 years’ experience in the role of Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager.Flexibility and willingness to travel and work at various locationsBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, or related field requiredOSHA 30 Hour CertifiedThorough knowledge of all aspects of construction (technology, equipment, methods); subcontractor agreements, jurisdiction, negotiations; estimating, schedules and safety requiredFamiliarity of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)Excellent communication, organizational and supervisory skills essentialExcellent time management skills and a high attention to detailProficient with Microsoft Office - Word, ExcelProficient with BluebeamAbility to work well with diverse, multi-disciplined groupsPreferred Education And ExperienceProject Types: Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Laboratory, MEP and Commercial Experience is a plusAdditional Eligibility/QualificationsMust be able to pass a criminal background check and a pre-employment drug screeningSalary Description100K - 150K Yearly
