Oversees, plans, and prioritizes the goals and responsibilities of the workforce management (WFM) team to ensure reporting, capacity planning and audit standards are exceeded.\nWhat You Will Do:\nDrives adoption of WFM services across the enterprise.\nEstablishes strategies, policies, program standards, and critical measurements for the team by assessing and assembling resources.\nIdentifies process improvements and implements structure and procedures to improve WFM services and tools utilized within Pathward.\nUnderstands systems, technology, and communication between business units.\nEnsure checks and balances and other controls are in place for reporting and capacity planning.\nAnalyzes results and trends and communicates results to leadership throughout Pathward.\nAnalyzes and understands the data and provides solutions based upon the results.\nEnsures the department meets regulatory, compliance, internal and external audit. Initiate corrective action, as necessary.\nAssigns and monitor workflow of direct reports. Oversee and provide feedback on the work performed providing coaching and development opportunities as needed.\nResponsible for hiring, coaching, and performance management of direct reports.\nOther duties as assigned\nWhat You Will Need:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience\nTypically, 5+ years with bachelor's or equivalent\nAttention to detail\nThe ability to manage multiple, competing priorities\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nSelf Sufficient and well organized\nSound decision making skills\nThe responsibilities listed above are not all inclusive and may be changed at any time.\nSalary range: $69,098.54 – $127,614.10\nThe salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. Ranges may be modified in the future.\nThis role is also eligible for an annual performance-based incentive opportunity.
