Retail Support + Receptionist Scape Maui | Paia, HI Scape Maui is an elevated wellness space rooted in local soul. Every detail—from how guests are welcomed to how the space feels—matters. We’re looking for a Retail Support / Receptionist who naturally creates calm, beauty, and ease the moment someone walks through the door. This role is ideal for someone who loves hospitality, has a strong eye for detail, and takes pride in creating a serene, intentional environment. Role Overview As the first point of contact at Scape, you set the tone for each guest’s experience. You’ll welcome guests, support bookings and retail, and help maintain a grounded, spa-like atmosphere throughout the space. Responsibilities Guest Experience & Reception Greet guests warmly and guide them through their visit Check guests in and out using our booking system Answer phones, texts, and emails with clarity and care Assist guests with questions about services, memberships, and retail Retail Support Support retail sales with thoughtful, non-pushy guidance Maintain beautifully organized retail displays Restock products and assist with inventory tracking Share product knowledge in a way that feels natural and aligned Spa Environment & Flow Maintain cleanliness and visual calm throughout the space Prepare spa areas with water, tea, towels, and amenities Assist therapists with light support and room resets as needed Ensure front-of-house spaces feel peaceful, intentional, and welcoming Opening & Closing Support Assist with opening and closing checklists Ensure all front-of-house systems and spaces are ready for the day Ideal Candidate Experience in hospitality, retail, or wellness environments Naturally warm, grounded, and detail-oriented Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable with technology and booking systems Able to hold a calm presence, even during busy moments Schedule & Pay Part-time with potential for growth Hourly pay, discussed during interview Weekend availability preferred Why Scape Intimate, thoughtfully designed wellness space Supportive, values-driven team Opportunity to grow within a wellness brand rooted in Maui Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
