Position: Full-Time Receptionist/Executive Assistant
Location: New York City

What You’ll Do:
Client Experience: Be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and vendors, ensuring every interaction is a positive one.
Team Coordination: Collaborate with a team of receptionists to manage calendars and streamline the day-to-day operations of a busy law firm.
Communication Hub: Answer phones, transfer calls, take messages, and ensure smooth communication between clients and attorneys.
Client Relations: Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with prompt and professional follow-up.
Organizational Pro: Prepare files, handle mail, and manage office logistics to keep everything running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For:
A proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Someone with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, who can anticipate needs and act accordingly.
Professionalism and interpersonal skills are key – we want someone who takes pride in representing the firm and serving clients.
Tech-savvy, especially with MS Office Suite (Outlook proficiency is a plus).
At least 1 year of reception experience preferred.
