The candidate will have experience in end to end ownership of planning. This includes the total systems lifecycle of planning, crafting, implementing, operating and optimizing organization-wide systems which align with United States federal laws.\nWhat you’ll be doing:\nImplement features and functionality required by an organization wide system compliant with 800-171 & CMMC requirements.\nCollaborate with internal teams to clarify requirements and implement elegant solutions to enable business\nPartner with vendors and solution providers\nCoordinate with security and compliance teams\nRecommend and implement optimizations\nSupport audit initiatives\nCustomer and incident service management (as needed)\nWhat we need to See:\nAn active Secret clearance with ability to attain higher clearances as needed\n5+ years of the following experience:\nSystems administrator with Azure tenant (hosted via a MSP) and\\or other equivalent virtualized environments (Hypervisor concepts, Hyper-V, VMware ESXi, Citrix)\nGPO, AppLocker experience and DLP\nPerformance and log monitoring\nHands-on knowledge of cloud technology solutions which enable business\nFamiliar with system accreditation framework and system compliance against controls\nAdvanced skills in data analytics or visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for reporting compliance metrics.\nFamiliar with roles of Contract Security Officer (CSO) or Federal Security Office (FSO); ability to backup primary NPS Security Lead; ability to obtain certification as needed.\nBachelor's degree in Information Security, IT, Compliance, or a related field, or equivalent experience\nWays to stand out from the crowd:\nOperating organization wide systems compliant with NIST 800-171 / CMMC / FISMA / FedRAMP\nSolid understanding of export controls including but not limited to ITAR / EAR / ACS IFR\nFamiliar with DOD clearance processing requirements, SEAD 3, SEAD4 and the 13 adjudicative standards, and tracking of personnel security clearances and associated investigation requirements\nContract Security Officer (CSO) or Federal Security Office (FSO) with DCSA certification\nHost pool management, session hosts, FSLogix profiles (nice to have)\nYour base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
