EPIC Inpatient Willow Analyst | Location: Off-Site | ContractJoin a dynamic healthcare IT environment as an EPIC Inpatient Willow Analyst, focusing on developing and maintaining pharmacy-related components within Epic. This role involves collaborating with pharmacy staff and IT teams to optimize medication management systems and ensure seamless integration of technology solutions aligned with strategic business goals.Key ResponsibilitiesDesigns, develops, and maintains pharmacy modules within Epic, including medication record build and order set configuration.Collaborates with pharmacy staff and IT teams to implement effective medication management workflows.Aligns technology solutions with organizational business strategies to improve clinical and operational outcomes.Identifies opportunities to leverage Epic technology to enhance business processes and advises stakeholders on system functionality, costs, benefits, and implementation requirements.Acts as a technical liaison, broker, and communicator between vendors, IT teams, and end users to facilitate system integration and support.Develops and sustains credible working relationships with customer management and IT personnel to ensure project success.Demonstrates an understanding of healthcare business problems, IT strategies, and priorities to inform system design and enhancements.Applies forward-thinking approaches to utilize Epic systems for strategic process improvements within healthcare settings.Required QualificationsAssociate's degree or equivalent combination of formal education and experience.Epic Willow Inpatient certification.At least 2 years of relevant experience in business systems analysis or closely related roles, preferably involving multiple hardware and software platforms.Knowledge of Epic Inpatient modules, pharmacy processes, or medication management systems.Strong technical knowledge with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.Understanding of project management principles for planning and executing multiple projects in a cross-functional environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.Ability to work remotely and independently in a healthcare IT setting.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related field.Experience in business process re-engineering or process improvement within healthcare IT.Knowledge of HL7 standards.Pharmacy experience or familiarity with pharmacy workflows.Experience in strategic use of technology to manage and grow healthcare operations.About Delphi-US - Peacemakers In The Talent WarDelphi-US is a national IT Services firm based in Newport, Rhode Island.
