{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"70cd1d25d3047e934e4fea39","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/70cd1d25d3047e934e4fea39","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/70cd1d25d3047e934e4fea39","title":"Shift Supervisor","description":"Overview:\nAt Boomers, under the direction of the Park Manager and Assistant Park Manager, the Shift Supervisor plans, directs, and controls all operational aspects of assigned facility in accordance with park policies and procedures.\n\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nAssists the Park Manager and Assistant Park Manager in all operational functions ensuring Team supervision, cleanliness, safety, and excellent Guest relations.\nDirects and supervises location activities and Team Members as assigned.\nVisits all Guest areas regularly during shift, and tours and inspect the entire facility daily.\nResponsible for accuracy and safety of Company funds for assigned location.\nEnsures organizational quality standards are maintained for Team Members and revenue centers within the location.\nMaintain lines and methods of communication which provide expeditious flow of information upward, downward, and laterally throughout the organization.\nRole model for Team Members while promoting Boomers Core Values.\nRecommend, implement, and enforce Company policies for assigned areas of responsibility.\nMaintain comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of procedures used throughout the Company. Maintain appropriate control of expenses, labor hours, operating costs, and inventory within areas of responsibility.\nEnsure the location opens on time, operates efficiently, and closes properly.\nMake sure facility is maintained in accordance with Company policies and high safety standards.\nMaintains and update managers daily log. Records date, weather, inspection performance, problems, and other items of significance daily.\nPerforms other duties as required.\nWORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS\nMust be at least 21 years old.\nSupervisory experience in the Guest service industry with demonstrated ability to ensure Guest satisfaction.\nKnowledge of amusement industry standards, as well as applicable health and safety regulations.\nKnowledge of methods of establishing appropriate controls to ensure staff integrity and quality assurance.\nDemonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks with effective follow-through.\nDemonstrated ability to motivate and lead Team Members to achieve organizational goals.\nGeneral knowledge of computers, cash register, various electronic devices, and various software.\nOrganizational skills at keeping detailed records report and logs.\nDemonstrated ability to visually assess and evaluate safety hazards in the workplace as mandated by safety procedures.\nDemonstrated ability to handle guest and employee complaints.\nWho We Are:\nLucky Strike Entertainment, formerly Bowlero Corp, is one of the world’s premier location-based entertainment platforms.
