The operations support associate will work out of our Customer Fulfillment Center or a store location.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe Operations Support Associate's focus will be to work with the supervisor and/or store management to execute assembling products.Ensure items are assembled according to the manufacturer's directions.Perform the minimum daily assembly outputs as provided by the supervisor.Report any defects or damages of any parts immediately to the supervisor.Maintain a clean and safe workspace and environment.Properly dispose of all waste accumulated during the assembly process.Use equipment properly to ensure the safety of all associates.Report all customer satisfaction issues to the supervisor.Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned.Other Essential RequirementsAbility to exhibit and incorporate our Core Values into daily decisions and interactions with others:WINNING In business, money is the score.
