is\r\n100% onsite in Crystal City (Arlington), VA.\r\nThere is no remote or hybrid option for this role.\r\nRequirements\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\nSupport Program Managers in the day-to-day management and execution of Federal Government programs.\r\nAssist with managing large software modernization and infrastructure-related projects.\r\nTrack, manage, and follow up on program and project deliverables to ensure timely and accurate completion.\r\nSupport project planning, scheduling, coordination, status reporting, and documentation.\r\nMonitor action items, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and deadlines across multiple workstreams.\r\nCoordinate with internal technical teams, subcontractors, stakeholders, and government customers.\r\nHelp ensure program activities align with contractual requirements, customer expectations, and internal quality standards.\r\nPrepare and maintain program management artifacts, including meeting notes, schedules, trackers, reports, briefings, deliverable logs, and status updates.\r\nSupport Agile and SAFe project activities, including sprint/release tracking, PI planning support, dependency tracking, and coordination across teams.\r\nParticipate in customer meetings, prepare materials, capture decisions, and follow up on next steps.\r\nCommunicate clearly and professionally with customers, internal teams, and leadership.\r\nIdentify potential schedule, delivery, quality, or customer concerns and elevate them appropriately.\r\nEnsure deliverables are completed with strong attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness.\r\nSupport continuous improvement of program management processes, reporting, and project controls.\r\nPerform other duties as assigned.\r\nRequired Qualifications\r\nBachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.\r\nExperience in program management, project management, or direct support to Program Managers.\r\nExperience managing or supporting large-scale software modernization projects.\r\nExperience managing or supporting large infrastructure projects.Experience supporting Federal Government programs or contracts.\r\nUnderstanding of SAFe, Agile, Scrum, or similar project delivery frameworks.\r\nAbility to coordinate complex technical programs with multiple workstreams, stakeholders, schedules, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.\r\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and action items.\r\nDemonstrated ability to track deliverables and ensure follow-through to completion.\r\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\r\nStrong customer-facing skills and ability to work professionally with government customers and stakeholders.\r\nDetail-oriented, dependable, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.\r\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, onsite team environment.\r\nFor security requirements, must be a U.S. Citizen and must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.\r\nMust be able to work 100% onsite in Crystal City (Arlington), VA with no remote or hybrid schedule.\r\nDesired Skills\r\nCertified SAFe Agilist, SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe Program Consultant, or other SAFe certification is a plus.\r\nPMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, CSM, or other project/program management certification is a plus.\r\nExperience working in Agile Release Train, PI Planning, or scaled Agile environments.\r\nExperience supporting DoD or other Federal Government customers.\r\nExperience preparing executive-level reports, dashboards, briefings, and customer status updates.\r\nExperience supporting contract deliverables, performance metrics, SLAs, quality reviews, or customer reporting requirements.\r\nFamiliarity with tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, or similar program management tools.\r\nExperience coordinating technical teams across software development, cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, data, or IT modernization projects.\r\nPeoplesoft skill is a
